2 and a bit laps, grass, football pitches and appropriately some scrub. Potentially pretty muddy and a little bit undulating.

Small friendly event on grass so perhaps better in summer, 2 laps half mile walk from East Acton on the central line - from Euston Victoria line change at Oxford Circus. Far better than some of the huge London ones.

Nice run on dry grass today, some deep ruts in the dried mud, so road shoes ok until there’s some rain to create the mud. Car park with Ringo 2.20 for an hour. Toilets available before and after. Enthusiastic team too!
