Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Buzzards Sis I should PB on this as it is a distance I have only run at XC. The only thing potential betters should bear in mind is that the course distances are not always as advertised.
*UPDATE - my best XC run to date. It was a pretty flat course and involved crossing rivers and slippery plank bridges. A great course. I wore spikes and felt a bit slowed by them through a stony path in the woods. Was thinking how I can't really justify a pair of waffles. After the race, our race manager gave me a pair! Perfect. We had a great team, including SuzyWoo who just snook in front of me at the end. She beat me two weeks ago, I beat her last week, she beat me again today (only a few seconds between us each time) - my turn again next week Suzy! *Another update - this would have been a 5K PB :-) and has given me my best ranking points, no bad for XC. Very happy.

SuzyWoo Enjoyed this run, finally got to wear my spikes and got them wet through passing though the stream twice! Pleased with my time as well, had a really strong team today
