My fastest course, three laps of the park, all on tarmac. No real bends to slow you down. There are gentle ups and downs but a great time is possible.

Tarmac, 3 lap course around West Park. Limited, but free, parking. Gentle undulation, but quite a fast course. Very little warning given of when you start, so be ready!

Tarmac path; 3 laps of a town park; flat (9m elevation gain). Limited parking around the edge of the park. (Dec 2018)
Edit Mar 2019: disappointed with the results processing, which is rare for parkrun.

3 laps around West Park. Fairly nice scenery. Can get congested just after the start but otherwise fine. Slight inclines throughout. Parking can be tough.

Fast three anti-clockwise relatively flat laps on tarmac. Lovely park. Toilets & cafe on site. Free parking on perimeter & neighbouring roads.

Lovely course couple of laps of the park only a mile from the train station, on site Cafe that even opens pre event. One very minor incline per lap.

Nice fast three laps on good quality paths around a park with a bandstand. Car parking around the outside of park (free) and a nice cafe afterwards. Limited toilets available (may have to pay).
