About this parkrun
Two laps, mostly trail. Two big hills per lap, winding course through woods. 134m elevation gain. Never cancels due to ice. Brilliant volunteers. Toilets, cafe, big car park (charges apply).Bramble 28th Dec 2018
Two laps, known for the big hill called the Beast, but still has potential for a good time, as there are some cracking downhills. Mixed terrain: tarmac path and some excellent woodland trails. Great volunteers, toilets and cafe. Charge for parking.

Some decent hills and nice winding sections through woodland. Plenty of car parking and friendly marshalling

Another toughie in Lancashire.Long slow inclines Muddy Route. Mostly through woodland.

Lovely varied route through the woods, mixture of surfaces and two steep hills that make for great downhills too. Downhill finish, great volunteers with music, tamborines and cheers. Cafe, toilets and large chargable car park. Great tough event.

Definitely a tough one. I enjoyed it but the opposite of flat!
