Mattw4de 2nd Time run for the course, so should be able to beat last time. Sub 19 would be Excellent..... Wow 2 Days to go & 1660 in Bets placed on me. Better play it safe training tonight, i have to admit feeling a little under par & tired today though, even after a 2 hour sleep this afternoon. Sorry to those who bet on my predicted, Still cant sem to set pace for first mile so stil too fast & suffering on last. Still PB by 8 seconds though. 6.02 6.22 7.23

ziggy A big club presence for this one with a battle between Kev, Dean and myself for top ranking. Kev went off like a rocket at 4:58 pace. I came in at 5:06, then 5:24 and 5:40. Finished up with 16:46. Hopefully next month I will be stronger to beat 16:30!
