Bear Foot No idea how I'll do. Not definite that I'll race it either. Hopefully close to sub-30 but haven't tapered at all. POST-RACE UPDATE: No chance. 26th place. Was a bit on the windy side but that can only account for 20-30s . Not fit enough is the final verdict. Beautiful evening though.

Che dragon This pb is from my first race, before I'd joined a club or done training, so am expecting to break it. Have you seen that wind out there? The course is on the seafront so let's see. This is my watch time, waiting for official time

Dochart an unexpected pb on a beautiful sunny evening with a cool easterly breeze. split was 16:28 and felt pretty strong through to the last turn, after which it was a case of grimly hanging on. 53/206

Impossible is Nothing Took very carefully due to calves sore from London - particularly right one - and not too bad in the end. Ran mainly for points for the team and did OK. Result 32nd out of 206
