Impossible is Nothing Good run - the weather wasn't too bad, just a bit windy. Not feeling 100% really - stomachache, legs/lungs struggled a bit around 3 miles BUT a PB so that's nice. Very nearly first Westbury, Greg outsprinted me at the end. Time is my watch since this race has the slowest results service in the world. Result: 17th out of 249

Dochart I'd intended to use this as a tempo run but after an optimistic fetchie bet on me it seemed rude not to run it properly. Recent focus has been on distance rather than speed and I really wasn't expecting a great deal so it was a pleasant suprise when the bloke with the stopwatch yelled out my halfway split of 16:25. I tired quickly on the last leg, when a couple of runners passed me, and only managed 17:00 for the second half but still improved on my previous best. 73/249
