About this parkrun

Lovely parkrun, 3 laps round a lake, with black swans, blue moorhens, choocks, bunnies and Buddhist monks. mainly flat but with a cheeky little short sharp rise.

They have recently changed the course - but this week mine was the original round the lake. Newly tarmaced course and pretty flat with a 20m hill. Humid, but I enjoyed it. Good parking which is free before 9am.
