SuperSooks Nice route, flat for about 2.5 miles along the sea front with lovely views, then 3 hills or so as you go inland, then gradual uphill to the finish along a cycle path. Felt good. time is watch time rather than official as that includes 2 mins slow jog around the castle for the mass start.
