About this parkrun

Ever popular, the singing Eric has to be heard! Great course, predominantly flat, one short sharp hill, one slighter one. Two laps, potential for fast finish. Very popular and welcoming. No car park, share or public transport is better.

Two laps around duck ponds. Tarmac paths, a couple of significant updulations and downdulations. May be slippery in cold weather.

2 and a bit laps around the lakes/ponds. All on tarmac paths and mainly flat (one steep hill up and down and a gradually climb by the football pitch and back down). Toilets available. Ireland's first parkrun.
