The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye 20 secs outside predicted time. 3 min+ better than last year. Felt good at start and it continued. Felt strong on the hills and worked the last mile. A bit cold on the day but a good fast course. Also fun runs for the kids. What a great thing as the whole family can join in. this does not happen at many races I go to here in Scotland.

Tinywhitevan This race was my first ever 10k last year and I knocked 12 minutes off the time I got then, so very pleased. Also, a new PB! Felt loads better than last year's effort, although still struggled last couple of miles - clearly more long runs are needed in training!
