About this parkrun
Tarmac, 3x1500m laps plus start/finish. Near flat, one rise each lap and towards finish. Narrow section each lap. Fast run, attracts speedsters, lap or be lapped. Nice park for a wander. Parking issues, suggest park to south, use subway by libraryDvorak 7th Jan 2019
Best for speeding, PB in this park run, mostly flat.

Lovely three laps of the pond. Almost flat, with one small incline and a wee uphill to the finish. Got a bit busier in recent times, though, but still fun.

Once again problems with my timing. I stopped my watch at 36:56 - but was given a time of 37:46! A runner passed me just before the finish line and was given a time of 36:55 - so my stopped time was correct. This has now happened on several occasions of u
