About this parkrun

A relatively flat course with wide tarmac paths, the course goes for 2 laps around the perimeter of the park. Notable features include a small wooden bridge which could be slippery when wet or icy.

It's a park and you run and in Ilford friendly enough you just have to park outside on road so maybe an issue. Flat.

Flat tarmac 2 laps course reasonably quick.

Flat-ish 2 lapper on tarmac. Very pretty park, very friendly crowd - and at least two of the RDs are Fetchies!
Toilets available, but a bit grim.
Nice cafe - breakfast was excellent value.
