Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

funkin After running the course of the Serpentine LFOTM 5k yesterday I was very happy to stay (just) under 19 minutes. If I can string two such runs in a row rather than with a day in-between I've got a 38 minute 10k in front of me!

Kieren RPTT: Felt really strong today and ran a good race. Misjudged where the finish was (thought it was further away) so could have pushed harder for the last km. 6th out of 51, a result I'm very happy with. Even got a 'go serpies' cheer from some cyclists! Ha - eat that Ranelagh (the local club) ;-) RHR 39bpm this morning - w00t! 179av, 191max

Cookie Ran to the start and was late (official time 29:34). I felt full of cold and really struggled but I was able to put in a sprint finish at the end.

tinebeest Opened with an uphill bit, which I took too fast, then a nice long downhill section, where I went fast and yet rcovered, kept form quite well throughout the entire distance, and managed to go a bit faster in the final 100-200m, which was uphill and left me dead
