paskha Evg race 4 days BEFORE the Discovery this year. And 2 days after Plymouth Half ... 5 mile PW this century! From Training Diary 16 ... No energy. Set out to run really gently at the back, but by mile 2 - I had a stitch (never had one before!!) Mile 1-2 - lots of heat & sweat - 9:17, 9:29. Mile 3-4 - no energy, walked lots of times - 10:12, 9:35. Mile 5 - twenty or more club members cheering me in - COULD NOT even pick myself up to
