Baza Ran 26:08 last year, lets see if i can do 25:30, could be tough as this is the 3rd race NOT the 1st one this year!! *Update* That was hard going, sand was a bit softer in places this year. Really slowed up at the turn but picked it up over the last half mile. Looking forward to Saturday, I'll worry about Sunday later!!

SueW Lovely night in St Andrews. total contrast to last night. A bit breezy on the return leg but otherwise fine. Anyone else see the bride and groom who strolled down onto the beach through the dunes? Maybe 3/4 of a mile ino the race? The legs are starting to feel teh effects now!
