Running Caz Nice run with a little uphill start. Did put in some effort but didn't feel great due to sore throat and coughing. 4M was longer than I had imagined it to be. Very pleased with time but don;t want to get over excited about it as it was what my fella made it on his mobile (no clock or watch).
