Course notes said undulating but i thought it was pretty flat, other than the hill it started on. Had no watch or clock but Rich timed it and said I was defo sub 30mins. Saw another Fetch (Lurverlylegs) finish about 30sec before me so will check out her time to confirm. Felt tired on run and was coughing up loads of 'gunk' from this cold I have. Funny how long 4M is when you actually start running with the notion that it's only 4M'
