Seb09 Not been doing much running of late with niggling injury (knee-itbs) in fact not run over 4 mile in over a month. Was due to run a half but had to pull out last minute. Just want to enjoy the run and build up again. Slowly. Update. Over the moon. finished strong, came 90/216. Legs felt fine after race. No sign of injury, took it slowy to be safe, had more left in the tank. Weather was awful but loved it . Heavy rain/very muddy. Do it again next time round.

spida First ever race of any kind - and what a challenge!! Mud, Mud and more Mud!! Didn't know what to expect really, but will go back better prepared next time. Pleased with my time though, which would have been better if the weather had been drier - a lot of time spent weaving about and slipping on the mud!! Overall thouroghly enjoyable, despite the cold and the rain!!
