About this parkrun
Mostly flat out-and-back with the big Walnut Whip hill in the middle. Mixed surface - paving & asphalt, with some stretches of hard dirt. Road shoes recommended. Excellent cafe right by the finish. Great crowd, great transport links.An absolute gem.

A bit congested early & narrow going up & down the curly whirly. Exit DLR turn right- 4 min walk. Exit Elizabeth line turn right 3 min walk - Spoons is 0.4 miles from finish. Public toilets by market are awful but are some close by in cafe 8.30 open.

Not as much fun as the real curly wurly but the Walnut Whip was great. Fun core team. Paved surface is very hard and unforgiving

Really fun course, loved the spiral up the mound (although it looks a bit imposing as you approach it)

Really fun. Tarmac and compacted trail. Not too gradual.climb up the curly wurly. And a fun run back down
