TheJackal Quite a flat course but could not sprint at the end.

beej777 5k PB - helped by a flat course apart from the first 1k or so which is gentle uphill. You have to start near the front of the pack to get a decent time though as there is no chip timing so you take your own time from the clock on the finish line.

Spally Just outside my PB which is a shame but at least it shows my first sub 30 5k wasn't a fluke
