Debbie G Another tough race ! My right ankle & knee were still suffering after last weekends 15 mile leg of the RNR but I was determined to run today as I enjoyed the race so much last year. The weather was warm and I was seriously suffering at around 4-5 miles but I persevered even though my right leg felt like it was made of wood. Somehow managed to finish with a sprint and was very pleased to see I'd achieved a new PB. Many thanks to the Pacers for organising a great race - long sleeved shirt, goody bag, bananas and LOTS of spot prizes - all greatly appreciated.
