About this parkrun
One lap course on good off road paths. From memory it was about 4km downhill with a proper steep section back up just before the finish. Parking available and nice cafe...Yazoo 31st May 2019
Beautiful single lap on a trail path through trees. Tends downhill for the first part then one biggish hill near the end. Not a PB course but definitely recommended.

Great parkrun, small and very friendly. One-lap circular route. All on trails (trail shoes recommended) beautiful views out over the Tamar valley and lots of shady woodland paths. Killer hill right at the end. Nice little cafe for a coffee after.
