Smile2 It was hot, hot, very, very hot for September. When I arrived and saw all the ten milers I was a bit unsure as to whether I had made the right decision. So many 10 mile runners and so few 5 milers. I figured being injured that 10 miles was a little ambitious.

This was a very scenic race- I really enjoyed it in a masacistic kind of way - I was so glad at the 4 mile point that I had wimped out and taken the easy option. V pleased that I made the effort especially with a PB.
Wheres my goodie bag?
