Ted Very happy with this race. I got the water right, I got the gels right. And I was 1m34s inside my ETA. Enough energy for a good strong finish so there are more miles in the tank for the coming weeks. Last 1 1/2 mi was into the wind which I wasn't expecting as we had been sheltered up until then. I was actually very nervous going into this race.
