emandbelle just going to go along and see what happens. enjoyed this event last year, but really out of shape at the mo. Hang 'round to cheer me in at the end at about 33 - 35 mins!

grumpyconnemara hopeing (fingers crossed !) to enter .... certainly planning to! Have no idea if a PB is possible or not ... surprised myself with 28:13 over the same course in June, but haven't really been training for speed. We shall see! very very very chuffed! don't know how long it took to get over the line, but healthily beat last time over this course. delighted! (it did nearly kill me, though .... )

Mr Phil going to try and have a blast at sub 21 - that'll be 50 secs off my pb in 3 months! too windy for a pb , and got a stitch at 2k. sorry to everyone who bet on me!

Mykey Hope to take part but on hols so no guarantee...will enter on the day. If I do run a PB is a cert as I ran last year with my OH and after a great deal less training. Plan is to go off fast...hold on as long as possible then sprint for the finish so sub 30 should be easy but not sure by how much! ***UPDATE*** sub 60 10k on 29 Jul and 300 points already bet....I won't let you down I'll do the race come hell or high water....***UPDATE***Race number 558 position 274. Fab race, great organisation and a PB...by 8 minutes :-). thanks for the support!
