MadWelshWoman Wasn't feeling 100% - beginning of a cold and a sore achilles. Weather was terrible but decided at the last minute to run. Thanks to Mykey, MIJ, Siân, Emandbelle, Mart and the girls I maneged to finish with a PB. very happy with mmy time given the circumstances.
