eL Bee! Planning to do the 'Ultra' and see how it goes. It may be one lap further than a marathon, it may be the whole 7hours 40 minutes. Who knows..?? :o) It was EXACTLY a marathon :o) Sprouting shingles from last night meant that taking it easy and being sensible was the order of the day Really enjoyed this :o)

Raptors claws are coming to town This is the racing equivalent of a kickabout in the park with jumpers for goalposts. I managed 30 miles, but this is my marathon split on the Garmin. Loved it :o)
