Muds Must be 5.5miles? 6 seconds slower than last year. Last year 2hr training run on Sat. & slightly more mud/more slippery but only short sections. This time round recovering from cold. I will settle for that. The ol' boy is bang on track! This has to be the most fantastic areana for CC & would be a superb venue for an intrnational race.( Royston Herts)
