Dvorak My local race, run it five times. Start moved this year, 200m towards town. Like to run uphill for 2K? Then this is for you :-) *UPDATE* Perfect conditions: sunny but not too warm, dry, light breeze. Felt comfortable alll the way round - now feel like I should have run a little faster! No problems from leg, looking forward to a decent performance at Jedburgh now. Course was about 250m short, K markers plonked down apparently at random.

scotmark first 10k race ever. good weather. started too slow. early uphill steady climb for 2k or so.

Thighsofsteel Funny old race. K-markers all over the shop and no way was it 10k but a lovely sunny day. Bit disconcerting not knowing whether I was going too fast or too slow. Hmm...

Ticketyboo Struggled due to lack of miles in the legs recently. Ran 37.47 but my Garmin has the course over a 1/4 of a mile short at 5.96 miles so adjusted my time a little as I don't want to record a PB when the course is inaccurate. Apart than being short, the race is otherwise very well organised over a decent course.
