kudu Ran it well considering my lack of training over Christmas (again). Ran the 1st mile (downhill) in 5.30 and was about 80th - Everyone starts fast in the new year! Came though steadily and felt really strongmost of the way - not much pace in the legs though. The last hill was not as bad as expected and caught about 4 people on it - worth pushing up to this last hill as everyone seemed to ease off knowing what was coming
