Running Fish great fun, even in those conditions. felt comfortable throughout, which either means i wasnt trying hard enough, or the variety of terrain kept me fresh compared to the monotonous nature of road marathons. legs feel pretty good today, which probably means i wasnt pushing hard enough. ho-hum!

Lady Sol No real idea of a time as it's so hilly. Hopefully stick to about 11min/miles so around 5 hours??? Updated time to reflect lack of training due to injury. Going for 6 hours or around that.
