BenDy Had to stop for a comfort break on the way to the start line & missed the start.... Amazed to get a PB, gutted not to break the 1:45 barrier. Weather a massive improvement over last year.

Johnny Blaze Thanks to Bananaman for pointing out I was the only person registered for the alternative Herefordshire Stevenage Half. Really felt like Norman no-Mates. Rectified now! 1:55 here I come (urk). Update: A PB! Left foot is quite sore now and had to dig deep - didn't stop - but pleased to do my last half of the year as a PB!

Mad Dogs and Englishmen Tough but very enjoyable course. Shame about the confusing start and the fact they used Electronic timing which started at the gun time rather than a mat at the start line. It only helped the organisers with the timing, didn't give the runners an accurate race time with technology.
