About 37.52 for me, roughly 10th place. Not bad mid IM training!

beef Steve Unwin memorial 10K Carlisle. Flat 1st GPS 3m = 18:11 well up on pb pace, going well. But then the turn back into strong head wind along Roman Road & a bit lumpier than expected, 06:28, 06:44, 06:26 pm on GPS, so time a bit a disappointing. In those conditions not quite the PB course as thought.
Really chuffed though with run. Great position in field. 23rd of 318, Just 5 sec behind John & 1st MV45 7 sec ahead.

Ultra ChristmasTreeTrunk The flat pb course turned out to be a very undulating one and with strong winds made it a pleasant challenge .
