automatic shoes Way too hot. Decided to plod round with no real regard for my time. But found it hard to get up the hills - walked up part of most of them. Still, not a PW (that was at Stansted in 2006 - when it was really, really hot)

Billy-Whizz-Haining That was one tough, hot race, people were dropping like flies, still i,m happy with my time, bit of a race of two halves i did the first 5k in 20 minutes, and then the heat kicked in and drained what energy i had left and did the second 5k in 25 minutes, still it all helps on the road to full recovery, also met a fellow fetchie and said hi to Standers, well done to him

Cazaroo A really tough hoilly and today, hot course! Kind of enjoyed it though. Although this was a PW over 10k still managed 5th Female. Was one of the hardest 10k's around this area I'd say.

Flat Out Fi Right calf wasnt good but managed to survive the race - despite tripping over on some grass I still managed to do an ok ish time in the heat and was pleased to come 2nd lady overall!
