RicC I'm really not sure I'm built for these shorter races! It hurt! Lower turnout than the last one but pleased with the time. Had a pint with the HBT folk afterwards which was good :)

HBNS Only other mile race was 4m 37s at Coatbridge track (approx 25 years ago), could be around 2 mins slower this time! Update - started a little too slowly, finished with a little too much left, and the rest was a bit of a shock to the system!.
