Rach E Southern Women's League Division 1 3000m. I decided to jog this for the points but ended up with a 10 second PB easily and finished first by a long way. I was chatting to Gobi when I came around every lap - this actually did feel like an easy run. I am confident of getting a sub-10:30 now if I really try...!
