Big Gaz The day was nice with plenty of sunshine but it was very boggy under foot. I wore my spikes but their was some hard ground to go over which made it difficult. I didn't feel great as i had done alot of weight training this week which tired me out in the legs. I managed to finish 78th in 43:17 with Darren Middleton from Barnsleytaking the honurs in 33:13
