About this parkrun

Pretty flat, a couple of tight turns. Stony or gravelly path for 30%, 70% tarmac. No dogs allowed because of the narrow path. I was concerned that other path users, especially cyclists would be narked by us running on the path but it was fine.

3 laps of the park, mainly grass. 99% flat too

Or half a lap of the park, 2 miles up and down marriott's way before another half lap of the park.
