FML First 10k for 4.5 months, after 3 half marathons and a 10 miler, hoping for a good PB. Brave Prediction, but some of my training session is indicating this. Changed prediction from 55 to 56 as still not happy with training since Blackpool HM. Update - a pb, really pleased and surprised. A well organised little race

Spud-runner Very well organised small race with nice atmosphere and good running. Shame about number of toilets available, but it's a very minor niggle really. Smashed my 10K PB to pieces so a good result for me personally. Thankyou Sleaford striders.
