About this parkrun
Tarmac path; small lap, then out & back along a riverside path. Undulating when not riverside (27m elevation gain). (Dec 2018)Sigh 22nd Dec 2018
Tarmac course, mix of laps and out-and-back. Start and finish are not close together, so bear this in mind. One hill, which is run up twice. Parking can be tricky - roadside available, need to pay if close to town centre though.

Tarmac course, tough climb twice but plenty of flat stuff.
Lots of quick runners around, sometimes pacers are organised.

It's a 9 min walk from the town centre Premier Inn, you just follow the river. Scenic riverfront parkrun, busy but plenty of room (650+ runners when we went). Tarmac. Start/finish are separate (350 metres) Briefing at bandstand which you can't miss
