Boycie last minute decision to enter. Well worth it as won the race! Started steady - well not that steady, but steadier than the others. Into second by 3 miles, but leader a long way ahead. Fortunately he seemed to be tiring and come 5 miles i had closed him down. Mile 6 was a good battle between us and then i managed to pull away on the final hill and straight :-)

LukeStur I think I beat my time from last year, but that's about the best that can be said about the run. Finished 6th so out of the medals! Great run by Boycie who paced it very well, starting steady and then powering through the field in the second half. Maybe next year, eh?
