hannkies Okay race, can do a lot better though. About the same time as last year, took the last leg and made up 5 places for the team. Good race to get under the belt though, as focus this year will be on 10Ks and Halfs.

Plussing As Which Lovely spring day for the relays! Convinced I was on a short leg so lots of miles done during the week - due to drop outs ended up on long leg! Lot of hanging around as I was last to run and was totally alone for most of the race which was tough. Managed to pick up 5 places and overall pleased with run.
