Applecross (Unofficial time). Two useful lessons learned today: (i) can safely strike middle distance running off the list of my potential hidden talents (ii) neither am I one of those super-hard people like in Feet in the Clouds who cycle 100 km to a race then whip the asses off those softy southerners.

hannkies Probably went off a bit quick,but overall felt I did ok.Rarely run as short a distance as this,but all good experience,and hopefully I'll be able to have a good road racing season.
