Lisrun Very cold again this year, but no ice on the paths in the park so it was possible to push a bit harder than last year. Chowdene did not seem quite so bad this year and there was less traffic on the route as more roads were closed. My fastest time for this race. Whisky glass and miniature to all finishers.

Raisty Raist Was a good run. I enjoy running in the cold. Was the first time I had done this race so did not know the course at all so was a little frustrating at the finish as I had loads left. I assumed there was more uphill to go. Seemed like we ran downhill for ages more than the uphill so was holding back expecting more uphill, then suddenly there was the finish. Reckon next year will go a couple of minutes quicker. Well organised race and will be doing it again.
