pmd Much hillier than I expected, a well organised and enjoyable race!!! Pleased to have run 80 seconds quicker than in my last 10k race in August even if I did just miss out on a PB!!!

northernrunner first time iv race this race since they changed the course. been struggling with running the last few days but turned out ok today but was a bit tough in places especially by lap 3.

\J\ Saltwell Park 10k, first time I have ran this since the course change 2 or 3 years ago.. Think course is harder but more enjoyable.. 3.5 laps.. Pleased with time..
