Would I recommend for a PB - no. Would I recommend doing it - yes. Lovely course and a good challenge.

A very special parkrun in the forest with amazing scenery and a great post run cafe. Also have a PB gong! parking is plentiful but £3 worth taking the family and spending the day there

2 laps, wooded trail, undulating/hilly, some steep downhill sections, great fun!

Two laps. Trail/XC. A bit hilly, lumpy with sand and tree roots so not quick. Very nice though and not too crowded.
