Doctor K Despite the hills (short and not that sweet) this is the best 10K I've had in ages. Felt pretty good most of the way round on the whole and after 12 months of all sorts of problems and struggling through races I am pleased with the outcome. Took it tentatively and perhaps could have gone faster. One of my most enjoyable 10Ks this one and will be back next year -in fact I'll be back in preston in 3 weeks for the chernobyl 10K run.

JonD Race was very well organised. A great race with some short but horrible climbs. Felt great all the way through apart from during that horrible climb out of the park.

Pllumby My first race since school. Started at the back to avoid being overtaken all the time but the field was well mixed so I managed to do all of the overtaking! Very pleased with the time as it took me a minute to pass the start line. Thanks go to the ginger haired girl who gave me a sprint race to the finish line. Don't think I've run that fast for years!
