wrinty Not my kind of course at all - the descents were just to steep for me to take safely and I am still getting over the lurgey so a pretty disappointing run, though there aren't many races where you get to see lemurs and meerkats!

tom_craggs 6th today - happy enough solid but nothing more, never felt like I really gave it everything but I did find the course challenging. No opportunity to get any rythem going with pretty much constant hills and tough terrain lost some time anf perhaps a place having to do up my shoe lace with 1/2km to go. Good standard.
