Haggis A little word of warning: don't do a hill run and a cycle the day before a 10K! A good race, well organised, excellent turnout, and good goodie bag - medal and t-shirt! Nasty hills at the 7K and 9K points, last one is especially sapping as you're just getting ready for a sprint finish when you turn the corner onto it!
